Everything was fixed. Great job.
The length of the service was as estimated. The service representative was very courteous and professional. However, I was a little disappointed that they didn't honor their online service special for an oil change. They requested that it be used in conjunction with another service which was not printed on the coupon.
They have all the records on my Camry and let me decide what 'extra' services I might need rather than just doing it and letting the bill be a surprise

Brandon and Lee provided a high level of attention and service at Toyota of Richardson during my most recent visit there. My vehicle was ready for pick up in a timely manner and is running better than I had expected. The dependability of the staff in the Service Department is one of the main reasons I have taken both my Toyotas there for maintance and repairs.
They didnt start on my car til 3:00 pm and my appointment was at 2:00 pm. Also, I had to go back because they didnt reset my maintenance light. I really like this dealership. I think it was just a bad day.
The service associate was pushing me to spend money on things that I never wanted.
