Good service finished within time estimated.
Everything went good. Only problem I had was the time it took since it was an all event considering they had a lot of customers dropping off their vehicles for service too. But other than that everything was fine.

Always best to schedule an appointment. They get very busy. Doing gets in and the service consultants are very helpful and will help you find dealer coupons that can be applied to save you money.

I was able to buy a new set of tires during the tire sale at Toyota of Richardson. They beat the competition price by a fair bit. Because I had bought my previous tires from this location, they were also able to get a nice rebate from Michelin. My previous tires did not live up to their promised life of the tire. It was definitely worth my time to go back to Toyota. As a returning customer, they took care of our van.
