Lee was excellent as my service advisor. He communicated with me regarding details of the service work needed and the work was done as agreed.
It was quick and easy - which is what I like in a car service.
All of the employees that I interacted were very courteous. I was able to enjoy a coffee while doing work on my laptop in their business lounge.
While I still have an ongoing problem with the door on the driver side (have not been happy with it since the purchase), the service provided at Toyota of Richardson is good.
The problem was taken care of soon after I took my car to Toyota of Richardson.

I was called earlier that morning and asked about a same day appointment. I was told by the individual on the phone that I could go in and was sent a confirmation email. The service rep escorted me to his desk where he immediately tried to up sell me services without knowing the condition of the vehicle. I ask what was covered under Toyota Care and only authorized those items. I waited for almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. That seemed rather long
