part for battery attachment was not in stock so had to reschedule appt. Should have notified me ahead of appt. to avoid my wasted trip.
They are not familiar with all toyota products.A simple service like oil change was messed up.
Fast service I like. I like that all my service records are in one place. The high prices I don't like, but where else would I go for consistent, qualified service to cover all my vehicle needs.
