I had the car inspected and needed to replace brake pads. I made an appointment and Patric said to allow 3 to 4 hours. My friend who uses a walker had to come and immediately Patrick got us a ride home realizing sh we would be more comfortable at home. It was a lifesaver. He let me know when the work was complete and David was on his way to bring us back. He gets an A+ in customer service and consideration for a special circumstance! Will definitely recommend him to my friends!
