Terrance was great to work with, he really made an effort. Since I was paying cash for the first time, the one thing I did not like was the cost of the add-ons as it made it hard to estimate what I could afford. It was not just MSRP + tax, title, etc. the add-ons were a few thousand dollars more (before negotiation).

They performed the standard maintenance. I wasn't aware they could do the required state inspection, but they informed me they could. So, they did that, too.
