Great people from the staff I worked with getting my 2024 Woodland RAV4 hybrid. Hadriel was great. But, I was told to wait and come in at 11am. By 11:45am we had a deal and then it took 3 HOURS just to wait for the finance Team, then more time to process. That’s just too much wasted time…very frustrating, and took away from the excitement of my new car. UPDATE: Hadriel and Rami both followed up with me to try and rectify the bad 3 hour wait yesterday.
