Thad Gantt and the staff at TR Lawing have been exceptional for the last several years that I've served as President of the Monticello Terrace HOA. Thad Gant at T. R. Lawing who looks after my apartments is adept at keeping them rented. He oversees necessary improvements and assures that the apartments are rented again as soon as possible, even before they are totally ready for occupancy. I have just had several vacancies filled and am confident that the one remaining will be filled very soon. I rely totally on Thad at Lawing to maintain full occupancy at all times.
My experience with Thad Gant at T. R. Lawing Realty has been totally satisfactory, and I always rely on his counsel and advice when making a decision about the buildings. He is totally familiar with the real estate market and aware of what I should spend and do to make my apartments desirable to the market. Nevertheless, he always consults me when making a decision, and I appreciate this.
