Due to the age of the property, a few of the steps to my apartment were in rough shape. When one of them broke, I reported it to Debbie and Cynthia in the maintenance department, and not only did they get back to me quickly, but they sent repairman David Helms out to replace not just the broken step, but many of the others in need of repair without me asking! It makes a huge difference when people go above and beyond! I'm very happy with where I'm living and very satisfied with the care T.R. Lawing Realty provides!
Mr. Oliver Purvis ( sub contractor for TR Lawing) is an amazing all around repair man. He does excellent work, and explains in detail the repairs he performs. He is trustworthy and kind.
David Kennedy and your counter staff are great. Any repair was taken care of quickly. David worked were hard with getting the HOA comply with their obligations - although he was unsuccessful it was no reflection of him. Thanks
Though I have had an association with T.R. Lawing ( I am a property owner) since the 90s, I have never had an occasion to meet with my property manager until very recently. Due to extremely unusual and unfortunate circumstances......my tenant passing away in my house and his remains remaining undiscovered for weeks....
