I was a first time home buyer and Tracy couldn't have made the lending process any easier. The entire process was extremely smooth, and Tracy was in constant communication to make sure that everything I needed was complete, and timely. From the pre-approval, to the closing date, everything was wonderful. And you will be hard pressed to find better rates than what Tracy can offer at Commonwealth! I would recommend 10 out 10 times.
