I purchased a VA foreclosure with utility problems, and a short time to close due to the VA taking forever to except my offer. My agent was concerned we couldn’t get it done, but Tracy Padgett was able to get me a first time homebuyer program with a low down payment on a property who’s utilities did not function. And we closed in 20 days. Not only did she do this for me but she continually goes above and beyond for all of her customers.
Tracy did an amazing job guiding me through my home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable with the VA loan and kept up with any required paperwork to ensure my closing date was met without any issues. I will definitely work with Tracy again on my next home buying adventure.
