Tracy is very easy to work with and will help you get the job done. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what to expect. She was able to answer our questions and phone calls whenever we called. We had some issues arise but she was still able to get us to close.

My loan officer Tracy made the process go so smoothly, laid everything our in terms we could easily understand and FAST. We needed to be in a home in one month and they made it happen! At the closing there was an error in the paper work on the title companies end and they made the phone calls to get it resolved which put an extra $500 back into our pocket. They are deffinitley in your corner and there to help YOU! I really couldn't say enough good things about Guarenteed Rate and espically Tracy Padgett.

Tracy was very helpful from the very beginning, answered all our questions as first time home buyers, worked multiple down payment scenarios for us, walked us through the entire home buying process and came with us to our closing. Tracy was very professional, knowledgeable and readily available any time of the day. I felt comfortable with her being a first-time homebuyer. She walked me through each step of the lending process and had no problems repeating or going over in detail any paperwork I didn't understand. I would definitely work with her again in the future if I decide to purchase more property. You're definitely in good hands if Tracy is your lender.

I had 12 years in mortgage lending prior to becoming a realtor. I tend to be picky about lenders I will work with due to this. Tracy has years of experience and I knew upon our first meeting she knows what she's talking about. I think the best thing I can say is she is the only person I have ever trusted to arrange my home financing other than myself. I recommend Tracy to all my buyer clients and friend and family who are refinancing.

Tracy and I worked together on a 203K loan in 2013. She was extremely helpful. Tracy is very knowledgeable about the whole 203K process and walked me through step by step. I was always asking questions and she answered them all. She was on top of every detail. For anyone who has done a 203K you know how painful it can be, Tracy was a huge help in making it go as smooth as possible.

She got us the home. It was a learning experience with the type of loan for all of us. We were able to qualify for an ihda loan. She initially was very helpful but it got confusing at the end as to where we were in the process. However she made good of any errors and got the loan funded at closing.
