We really wanted to close on our home quick and Tracy made it happen! He was very knowledegable in the different types of loans there were and got the best one for us and ended up saving a little over $200 a month on our mortgage. Whenever we emailed him with questions, we got a response almost immediately every time and with this being our first home purchase, we had a lot of questions all the time. We are very happy and will definitely use Tracy in the future!

I was a first time home buyer and was traveling from Alaska to Spokane, WA. I reached out to a realtor and he recommended Tracy Windhorst for our needs. My wife and I decided to call him. He was easily able to answer all my questions and was quick to reply to emails and calls. When both the realtor and Tracy were quick to respond it made things a lot easier for me to concentrate on the move (Packing, planning etc). I called a few people and they didn't seem to care. Tracy, along with his direct assistant greatly helped our first home buying experience stress free and simple.
