Tracy, along with his direct assistant greatly helped our first home buying experience stress free and simple. Generally, Tracy was responsive and easy to talk to on the phone. But if I can help it, I will never do business with him again. He cared more about my day to day work schedule than our total net worth. Then at the end of the transaction, we found out we he double charged us for the appraisal and never admitted or followed up with his "mistake". Instead he just spammed me with this "how did we do" survey... Unsubscribe

Wouldn't use. Didn't hear back reguarding paperwork needed to move forward. Found a different lender who worked with us. Very unfortunate they have such a cavalier attitude.
