This is the third time that I have worked with Tracy Windhorst and his excellent team at Heritage Mortgage. We did a re-fi on my home that I had just purchased 1.5 years ago and I was able to take advantage of the equity accrued in that short time due to the aggresive increase in housing values. The entire process only added $5000 to my loan balance and I received a small amount of cash back, we eliminated the PMI from my monthly payment and still reduced the interest rate and monthly payment.
