What can I say? There is nothing negative. Tracy Windhorst and his team were kind, patient, tenacious, helpful expertly informed and willing all the way through the process. I am a first time buyer, and had everything to learn. There seemed no end to the hurdles from the outside, but Tracy just kept helping and educating me. The girls are all angels too. Awesome experience! Thank you all for a great job!! Tracy, you are definitely "A cut above!!"

If you are looking for a lender, this is a great team. They were able to close my loan in 36 days! Additionally, they communicated every step of the way with what they needed and where we were in the process. They were always available by email or phone, and did a great job holding my hand when I needed it. Aside from being nice people in general, they are really competent. Isn't that refreshing?
