They have so far assisted me with moving from 30% to 90%. Their work compiling documentation and assistance in preparing me for whats next has been helpful. Im more familiar now with the claim process now, but if you dont know what to do they will get you the help you need for a price.
Trajector has been filing and appealing to get me the best outcome possible. I get emails and texts to keep me connected to my team. I appreciate the effort they put in to represent me.
At first it was frustrating because they "lost" me in their system. But once I contacted a supervisor and "discused" my frustration everything started falling in to place. They reached out to me regularly, answered my questions, and were there to celebrate when my rating increased! They contacted me via email, text, and phone. Would recommend.
Its been a experience with Trajector Medical! They have proven to work for me, and get the benefits I deserve. Id definitely recommend to my Veterans to give em a try.
