They have been helpful but seem to never be caught up with my submission to the VA. They have definitely increased my percentage and had an easy repayment plan for me. They arent perfect but they have helped.

So far Ive gotten more help doing and helping with getting my claim done. They made it much faster and gave me documentation to back up my claims. This is what we need, not the help Ive gotten prior where ** doing everything thats gotten me denied 7 times. I was missing documentation which helps increase the chances of success. I do not feel defeated but now have hope of getting what I worked so hard for. An increase in benefits which we all deserve.
