At first it was frustrating because they "lost" me in their system. But once I contacted a supervisor and "discused" my frustration everything started falling in to place. They reached out to me regularly, answered my questions, and were there to celebrate when my rating increased! They contacted me via email, text, and phone. Would recommend.
