I fell thru the cracks for a few years with them but, I must say, make sure you keep them updated on any paperwork the VA sends you. It was my fault for not sending them a copy of a decision letter the VA sent me. With Glee they have picked up my case again. **** have treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. On my own in 20 years I went from 20 to 40% But, I'always messed up some paperwork. They get it done right the first time!
they were awesome, kept working my case for just over a year and got me increased twice, definitely will tell others.
