I was very leery about using a company to help with my VA rating. Did a lot of research and settled on trajector medical. It was a time-consuming process and seemed like it would be forever before the VA made a decision but this company was with me the whole step of the way explaining everything and easy to understand details. They did what was promised, very efficiently! They sent the necessary forms, assisted with the filling out process, and followed up with me to make sure that they had been submitted, and advised me what to expect, and the approximate time line. They also gave me contact information to use once the response was received. I was very pleased with the entire process.
