Provided excellent customer service and the process was very simple. I had attempted several times to get over the 90% hump and with the assistance from Trajector, I was recently rated at 100% by the VA.
Although hesitant to pay for this service, I know that even if I had achieved the same end result (increase in benefits), it would have been a much longer, painful process. Trajector made it significantly easier to navigate the process. Everyone at Trajector was courteous and professional.
The team is very polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, however, I haven't received any information from the V.A. on whether or not my evaluation was positive or negative. Until I receive "The Letter" I can't give you an honest opinion on how I feel about the whole issue.
Trajectory has so far been a godsend and hopefully it only gets better I truly trust their judgment
I have to say that I spent twenty years trying with different service organizations trying to get service connected for my disability. I went with Trajector it was one time and I got my 100 percent. I owed. Them a small fortune but because I got a 100 percent I had the money to pay them. And today they are paid off. Think it through I choose to go with people that knew what they were doing and that pleased me.

I joined Trajector on Nov.2024, they guided me through the process on how to navigate my way through the VA claim process,which I thought was difficult,but with the assistance of Trajector,I was able to move along the process successfully.So I think any one who wants a fighting chance with the VA claim process should check into what Trajector had to offer.
Trajector was a pleasure to work with, all the people that I interacted with were very courteous and professional. My medical person, Mae (spelling) was extremely personable and professional, answered my questions to my complete satisfaction. I am a Vietnam veteran who has had to battle the VA constantly to try and get help and I would recommend Trajector to any veteran I know.
They are good with helping you get an increase in your benefits, but be prepared to fork over your entire lump sum.
