01/25/2024 The operator I spoke to was very polite. She was very helpful and patient with me. I can hear an accent and had her repeat a couple of things but her English was good. I understood everything.

Team Trajector has taken great since the first phone call. They documented every detail cocerning my ********. They completed the paperwork extremely fast. I was extremely happy with my experience with Trajector Medical. These guys definitely earned their fee! From filling out forms for me, to having informational calls prior to each appointment with the VA, they were always there to help through the process. Very professional and stays with their clients' expectations. I used them when they were still Vet Comp and Pen and got them to help get 30% up on my rating. Now that they're known as Trajector, we're hoping and praying for 100%. Different name, same great customer service.
