Overall a good experience. Some of the employees fall short of completing their job. Others are very professional (********) and get the job done. ******** was very pleasant over the phone. She verified that the documentation was already there. She forwarded the documentation on to the next step. ******** gets 5 stars on a job well done. She told me that they do not need anything from me at this time, but they may in the future. My biggest suggestion is to get more employees like ******** or train the other employees better ... read more

The customer service has been fantastic. All of my questions were answered. There is great follow up with their staff. I do recommend all military personnel to use their service.

Overall a good experience. I had never filled a claim before and used them because I expected dealing with the VA to be a hassle. The process was simple and my results were well above what I expected. Trajector can be pushy, though. And if you have a question or problem that is off script for the call taker, you probably wont get a straight answer. When my money came in, Trajector was quick to send me the bill, I expected theyd review everything and ask about fighting my denied claims, but that wasnt the case.
