Trajector Medical was a fairly easy process once you have your intake interview. I was able to receive a 70% rating on my first attempt. The nursing staff was very helpful in helping explain the process. I highly recommend their services.

I got my rating increased from 20% to 60%. I’m still working on an additional service connection increase. I would recommend this company. It takes a while for the process to complete and it is front loaded with leg work by yourself, but is well worth it.

I must admit, the first 2-3 months of dealing with Trajector Medical exceeded my expectations, and I even received a 40% higher rating. Thanks. However, the interaction later became quite frustrating. Each subsequent phone conversation was with a different representative, and their command of English deteriorated with each call. This made it increasingly difficult to convey my points effectively. I genuinely believe some of the declined claims could have been approved with better understanding during phone contacts.
