So far, I don't have any complaints about the the way things have gone with Trajector Medical. If I do encounter any problems with the company, I will come back and express my concerns, very openly.
I personally think they are doing a great job and made things so less confusing and simplified! They have done everything that "We" agreed upon.
They have been very honest, not charging me anything, and keeping me informed.
I really love Trajector Medical and all of the help they have given me personally and my family. Everyone over there is really friendly and knowledgeable and I truly love every phone call that I get from Trajector Medical. TM has been very helpful and i just submitted an initial VA disability claim. Was very transparent on billing and cost (if award granted or increased). Once i am finished with the process, i will update my review.
