So far so good with Trajector Medical. Everything they spoke to me about was viable information. I certainly have not had any issues with Trajector.

Trajector medical was very helpful in getting my claim expedited, however they have taken away my hearing claim said my hearing was good but I think they forgot about my tinnitus, also my claim on skin cancer was not addressed. other then that, they are excellent to work with, super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their claims with the VA

I always had issues when I worked directly with the **. I got in contact with Trajector and the process sped up. I went from 50 to 70% in 3 months and still have some claims out for decision. The only reason for the 4 star is they say they will call you before your appts but that only happened three out of the 6 appts. They were all before the first appts. I know sometimes they are quick turn around appts, but I let them know at least a week before. Overall a good experience and had option to pay monthly.
