Incompetent and rude staff. A decade ago, this was an incredible pediatrician's office - now it's like explaining a medical issue to a drive-through fast food worker.

Incompetent and rude staff. Incredibly long wait times (over an hour) to get minimum health care. The Nurse line is a joke - most cannot answer simple medical questions.
