Excellent service. The waiter was super nice. The food was delicious. We ate from the brunch menu. Few options but very good.
We asked a table that was protected a bit from ambient noise and they did their best; we could definitely converse without shouting. Our waiter was very attentive and efficient, but not intrusive.Service could not have been better. I started with octopus/calamari which is always superb, followed by shrimp scampi on polenta, also terrific. All was very good & exciting. The food & service were really excellent. The only issue - the tables are close and the aisles were full of servers & wait staff. At times this slowed down the service while waiting on the assigned waiter to get to your table. We enjoyed everything-but we were there on a Saturday evening & it was packed with people, which is really a good sign of good food. When back in NY we’ll be back.
We were so happy that Trattoria dell'Arte reopened! We took out of towners, and they were delighted with the food, ambience, etc. The mood was quite jovial as there were at least 4 birthday celebrations going on at the same time in the restaurant. The two male hosts were very welcoming!
Birthday we have eaten several times at this restaurant and it was one of our favorites. I think that this night was something less than exceptional. The staff is very friendly and the menu is quite nice but this night they seem to be off.
Michael who served us was a standout. He is an amazing professional.
Excellent restaurant! We attended for a special birthday dinner and they made it magical for our granddaughter. Food, service and ambiance were impeccable. Highly recommend and will definitely return in the future!

We were asked if the was a special occasion when we made the reservation which there was. It was our wedding anniversary. Why did they ask??? There was no mention. The glamour of the restaurant seems to have disappeared We used to go to the restaurant often since 1990 had not been back for the last 7 years. We noticed an unfortunate change
