We arrived for our reservation a little early and the staff was able to seat us right away. Every single staff member was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, every member in our party of 4 was very satisfied with their food. A friend of ours had recommended this restaurant, and we will definitely recommend it as well!
Incredibly pricey. Good service though when I asked for kids menu he said they didn’t have one. I asked about a chicken cutlet. We ended up ordering a chicken Milanese “plain” - so a chicken cutlet and that cost us $40. I walked downstairs to the bathroom twenty mins later to see a table of kids eating French fries and chicken fingers. Not sure where the disconnect was. Decent food but outrageously priced even by NY standards.
New Years Eve and Vacations
The noise level,is leaning to unbearable. The service is more than excellent. The food adequate.
An enjoyable lunch consistent with numerous pre visits over the past decade
Fortunately we booked in advance, as the place was busy. There are two different themes to the restaurant, more formal to the rear and the front, very traditional. We sat at the front and was very pleased. The service was great, very friendly and checked on us. The food was lovely and desserts to die for. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We had a romantic table booth in the front window. Apps at the bay before dinner and an amazing dinner with delicious wine too. The desserts were fantastic! Chocolate mousse is the best!
Is there a better Italian restaurant in New York City? Possibly, but I haven’t found it yet because I’m too busy going to Trattoria Dell’Arte when I want the highest quality Italian cuisine in the city. I’ve never had a bad meal and the service is unmatched.
Delicious food & desserts but the waitstaff were superb! Highly recommend the chicken parm & lasagna. I will definitely return.
