The food and service was first class. I would highly recommend this restaurant and if we have time to return we will.
Our first time to NYC and we stopped in this restaurant!! Right from the beginning the staff was soo welcoming!! We were promptly seated and quickly asked for our drink order, which was great, since we were thirsty from all the walking!!! The food was great! Our cups were never empty. We went for Christmas Eve because Carmine's was already booked and many people recommended it. We weren't that crazy for the food. Portions were small and just not what we expected. The dessert was better than the main course. The waiter was very good. The wait was not too long considering it was Christmas Eve.
Fun family place. Good variety of food choices. Quite loud.
We came for dinner before the show. Our waiter was very friendly. He didn’t rush us out after paying the bill, he said take your time there is no rush which was so nice to hear. We were able to relax and digest. The food was not rushed to us either. The only problem, my daughter thought her meatballs lacked taste, but everything thing else we ordered was very good.

We are vegatarians so we LOVE TRATTORIA DELL’Arte !!! Romantic vibe!! Perfect!! I have been coming to this restaraunt for nearly 36 years and the food quality, kindness of service, friendly vibe, incredible Selection from the eternally abundant veggie anti pasto bar…wow! My friends and I had a lovely time! The service was wonderful and all the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was delicious too.
Tightly packed, but we simply went with it and conversed with the couples at our neighboring tables. Who were all going to the same concert at Carnegie Hall that we were.
