The appetizer -- Roman fried artichokes alla giuda with stuffed zucchini flowers and burrata mozzerella. -- they need to consider this intellectual property so no one can replicate it -- It is fantastic!
Trattoria dell'Arte is close to Carnegie Hall, which is important to me. The staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. I found wine prices high, though, and I don't like to be charged for bread service. Our server was charming and served us promptly.
A plate of stuffed zucchini flowers was so beautiful, an arriving guest stopped and asked what it was. The service was prompt, completely unobtrusive. Atmosphere felt like home, and the food and wine were divine. Lots of selection for food and wine. It was quiet from noon till 3 PM so we could talk without raising our voices. After lunch and during desert, giant baking trays of cookies were brought around to the table fresh from the oven. A really nice touch!
We visited the bar before having our meal and the most enjoyable part of our evening was the Bartender Benjamin he was a great overall experience
Had an anniversary dinner here. Maitre de was very accommodating to find us a private table, and also provided complimentary Prosecco. Food was excellent.
This is a vibrant, bustling New York dinner hot spot. Right across from Carnegie Hall. We love it here. The food is always good and this time was no exception. The Veal Milanese was huge and delicious. The assortment we ordered from the vegetable antipasto bar was great. The service is always good and on point. I highly recommend this place for a romantic or fun dinner.
Great food, great service and great night out. I recommend the 100 layer lasagna be shared as it’s quite big but delicious.
Food is Incredible. Second time there and it hit it out of the park both time. Love the Pepperoni Chicken Parm
Wonderful food, fun atmosphere. Terrible server. Rude, dismissive, etc. How a guy that can be working in such a nice restaurant is a mystery to us.
