The experience over lunch was fully as expected—excellent. Moreover, the recent meal experience was consistent (in a good way) =with the many previous meals taken there.
Pre covid one of my favorite restaurants. Have even had my office staffs holiday dinner here. Antipasto has sadly been reduced in variety, salty mushrooms , but still enjoyable (I make better Brussels sprouts ). I remember the veal cutlet parmigiana being amazing (had several times before) but again heavy handed with the salt, breading on cutlet opposite of crispy (at least the underside?), wet more descriptive. Holiday early dinner
Everything was good, would have been great except for noise level. Diners next table over seemed think they needed to yell at each other than just leaning into the conversation with their party. Very ignoring.
We have been going to Trattoria for many years. The food is good, but the place feel different.
Food was great but service was out of this world!! Wonderful experience!
