Wonderful food in a festive atmosphere. Management has a genius for employing charming staff.
Good Experience overall
The food was fantastic, and the grilled artichokes appetizer was such a treat! Our server was wonderful, but all the servers seem to keep an eye on you!
Suggest: The caprese should be served with a slice of bread. Not necessary to get a whole loave of garlic bread. Otherwise all was delicious including the spritz.
I went for brunch. Highly recommend the quinoa-avocado salad, the breakfast pizza and the pistachio cannolis.
Great outdoor seating, loved the veal parmigiana and lasagna, good service.
Premium mediocre. A high price for an average meal, at best. Service was fine, but missed easy details. For instance, the waiter taking away plates between courses but leaving crumbs and a small spill on the table, and then placing the next course right next to the spill. Or pushing us through so fast the waitstaff didn't even bother to ask if we wanted more wine. It was all okay, nothing great, except for the lemon curd pie, which was quite tasty.
Great food, large portions. Relatively limited menu, which has pros and cons when you are headed to a popular Broadway show. Staff is attentive and responsive. It's classic Italian, but a step above. Perfect location for pre-show dinner and better than the huge and overcrowded family style Italian in the district
We had an outstanding experience here! The wine selection was good, the food was great, and the ambience was good. We sat outside on the patio and had a wonderful evening.
