Perfection ! The pre fixed menu was a value. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The Chianti was delicious!

A local favorite with customers that seem about evenly divided between tourists who have read the reviews and local repeaters like us. It is impossible to find any fault whatsoever with this place. Consistently high end food, service and ambience. Location cannot be beat if you are headed for a performance at Carnegie Hall, right across the street (let them know). Pizza is the thinnest crust imaginable and makes a great appetizer for the table.

Average Italian food at high prices -- guess the location requires higher prices due to real estate costs. Not sure it is worth it. My ravioli was served barely warm. You can get much better Italian for a lot less in other parts of the city. Our waiter was the best part. We told him we were on our way to a performance at City Center and he made sure we had plenty of time.

Had a reservation and requested a corner table which we were given. Prompt service , fun wait staff and great food. Tiramisu was very good. We were here pre pandemic and good to see the high quality remains.
We book Trattoria Dell’Arte when we have tickets to Carnegie Hall (3-4 times a year) and we have never been disappointed. Yesterday we asked for a table with leg room to accommodate my bad knee and we were seated at a very nice table. Our waiter Joseph was great! We shared a dish of antipasti, my husbands lasagna was very good (he took half home!) and my quinoa salad with shrimp was delicious..
