We have eaten at the Trattoria on and off for many years and always appreciated the food, the atmosphere and the service. Dinning here on Sunday evening, the food was, as always, wonderful. But I was disappointed with the service.We arrived at 5:30, before the rush, and the restaurant already seemed lightly staffed. One of my NYC favorite places to eat! They always deliver fantastic food, excellent service, and a gracious wait staff. The ambiance and art set a delightful dining mood.

We went here for the Thanksgiving dinner since we were in the city. Phenomenal service, food, all of it. We really enjoyed it.
Seriously divine! We went in the later evening on Thanksgiving and we’re pleasantly surprised to find the staff were upbeat, welcoming, and still at the top of their game after such a long day. We had a large party. Some ordered off the menu and several of us got the prix fixe traditional Thanksgiving meal. The food was seriously delicious. The servings were great- not so much you couldn’t eat it all but not so small that you felt like you didn’t get enough or it wasn’t a great value.
