The noise level is disturbing, it is not possible to have dinner in a place which such a noise. I would recommend it just for the food, everything else is questionable

I went to the restaurant with a family group of 12 relatives most of whom are VERY tall and they were also very anxious to eat; they were so anxious that they arrived early for the reservation and kept checking with the maitre d' about seating, The staff was extremely pleasant and patient; we were seated upstairs and had a nice view of Carnegie Hall. The food was great and all of the picky eaters in the group were happy. I would definitely recommend Trattoria Dell'Arte for the food, ambiance and gracious service.

Took us in right on time, service and food (veal piccata - yum!) were exemplary for pre theater, showed us out with time to spare. Wines a little overpriced, but otherwise we much enjoyed our experience.

The wait just to sit down was 1/2 hour with reservation. Everything took a long time — ordering, getting food, water refills, etc. Food was good though! Interesting art if you like body parts!

Having been here a few times over the year, we were a little disappointed. My wife ordered a plate of vegetables. The menu said they would be “warm.” Perhaps I am mistaken, but they came to the table generally cool or , at best, room temperature. I ordered one of the house specialties, the 101 layer lasagne, and it was just okay. Add to that the sense that the staff was overwhelmed by the number of diners so that it took a few attempts to get a latte. It was hard to find our waiter.

Chose this restaurant due to it’s close proximity to NYC City Center. Arrived early. I was seated. Waiter was VERY nice. I had to wait 30 minutes for my companion. I was never rushed. Food was DELICIOUS and arrived quickly. Would DEFINITELY recommend 😁😁
