GreT food , service,ambiance. Lasagna was excellent as were ravoli. We always eat at Tratorria on every trip to nyc.
Seated on the top level, after a friendly welcome and receiving cocktails, we had a very long wait getting our entrees. Stressful ! Even after several remainders and trying to get our server's attention. We were watching the clock feeling ignored and realizing we were running late for the concert at 8pm at Carnegie. We were recommended by a friend and were not disappointed. Great ambience, fantastic authentic food. Service was good. They get quite busy though.
This is one of my all time favorite restaurants in the area. The food is consistently great and the staff makes sure that you are not rushed but able to make theater on time. The antipasto bar is fabulous and I particularly love the Dover sole which is as good as you can find anywhere at a much more reasonable price.
The food was really good even though it was served at room temperature. I had the best cannoli ever!!!
Absolutely fantastic - again. Visited in 2017 with friends then again this year with large family groups.
Great experience- seated promptly, fabulous salad, pizza and pasta.
Went for a pre-theater as it is right across the street from Carnegie Hall. Wine list was excellent and had a very good Valpolicella. Truffle pizza was super and our various pastas were excellent!. We had to ask for the check even tho' they were aware of our CH tickets. Maybe they didn't realize that with a mobility impaired person in the party it would take a long time to get to our seats.
