We always enjoy coming here for the antipasto bar and a marguerite pizza. Good food, great staff, and we like the vibe!
This dinner was with our children for Christmas.
This restaurant is a gem for multiple reasons. Authentic, creative Italian cuisine, genuine Trattoria ambiance, very popular for a good reason, friendly and accommodating staff and, like in Europe, neighboring tables strike up conversation. Hearty fare, strong wine list, wonderful deserts and very accommodating to make changes in preparations. Location is easy to find, ample parking within close proximity. We enjoyed our dinner and we'll be returning
Loved the pares an muffins and the oatmeal cookies. The atmosphere was very neighborly and the food delicious.
Everything was very good and the service was excellent, but it wasn't spectacular, except for the price. I did have an excellent Caesar salad.
Best Italian in the entire city!
Four of us went after a concert at Carnegie Hall and we’re very disappointed at the exorbitant prices. We ordered 1 pizza, which was very good, and had it not the prices not been so high, we’d have ordered more. The wine too, was good but very expensive. I live in New York and have for many years but won’t go there again.
Food was very good and tasty. It was really busy so the service took some time to take our order. Very good, in general...
We went to Trattoria before going to a show and were a bit disappointed. Part of our disappointment might be that we had ordered chicken piccata and chicken parmigiana. The piccata had too much breading which my wife kept scrapping off. Thechicken parmigiana was not as bad but they were brought out a bit differently then what we are used to as they came out formed as a pizza. The atmosphere was very nice and the bartender was great.
