The service was very nice and professional and the carbonara amazing. The thin pizza is also "a must".
A great restaurant with a fun atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, great wine selection and fantastic Italian food. It’s a lively place that’s not built for a quiet romantic setting in the main dining area, but it’s still a great option for a date. Eleven years ago I took my wife here when we were dating for an anniversary dinner, came back this year for her birthday, and enjoyed the meal experience just as much now as we did over a decade ago. It’s a steady fixture in the Midtown dining scene that doesn’t disappoint.... read more
This was our second time visiting and probably our last. They didn’t have our reservation upon arrival. We had to ask for forks from the Manager as he walked by since our server was less than observant. I ordered the Lobster Carbonara the presentation was nice and the pasta was cooked as it should be but it lacked flavor so I suppose 2 out of 3 is not bad.
Wonderful!
Very busy Friday night and we were seated right by the host - good people watching but not for a quiet conversation. We did have to ask a couple of times for drink refills but other then that - we enjoyed are meal.
Loved the quaintness of the restaurant! The lobster carbonara was delicious. Would have liked to have a larger “by the glass “ wine selection, but the Cabernet I had was very good. Great spot for dinner before a show! We will be back!
Absolutely Fabulous Restaurant! Extremely friendly restaurant! Food is Unbelievably Delicious. I am sure the Antipasto bar is world famous! Wonderful wine selection, even by the glass. The Waiter, so sweet even charged our phones while we dined.
Special get-together with family and friends. While we were here, we could notice that some disaster seemed to have happened with the waitstaff, as they didn't seem to hide their anxiety. Everyone enjoyed their pasta and the service was very good though considering. They made a real effort to get us out so that we would not be late for the theatre. This place is a great location for Carnegie Hall or even Broadway, a short hop and skip down the road.
Party of 16, they gave us the private room. Greeted by Host and also wait staff. Our server, Anise, was friendly and very attentive to our entire table. The anti-pasta was served family style to our table at special request. Meatballs, roasted artichokes, beets and other vege choices were all delicious. The party all had different dinners from pasta, to fish to steak to pizza...., and every single person loved their dishes that were cooked to perfection! Thank-you to Trattoria Dell-Arte, you really made our trip in from Nort... read more
