We came back after a delightful experience during the summertime. We where celebrating my wife’s birthday on Christmas Eve and we were attending the Alvin Ailey dance theater at the New York City Center. Our experience was amazing,the waitstaff was wxtewmly pleasant as we exchange laughs. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful and inviting .
My wife and I ate here late in the evening after coming from Carnegie Hall. The food was good but the staff was excellent!!! We would come back again on a future trip to NYC.
Maitre d was outstanding
We stop in every year prior to a Messiah concert at Carnegie Hall. They are always gracious and do not rush us out when we are “killing time”. Food is very good, as is the service. A nice tradition.
This Italian restaurant was the highlight of our day! What a fun place. We were greeted by 3 people before we even reached the hostess area. The food was fabulous. Don't leave without trying the HUGE tiramisu dessert!
Service was excellent and food delicious however we were seated by the door on a cold night so EVERY time the door opened a cold blast came in. I had requested a table deeper in the place when I made my reservation but it was denied. I will not go again and risk a similar experience if the weather is cold

This is my favorite NYC Italian restaurant. It’s location works well for us when we come into the city. The staff is the best overall I’ve come across in NYC. We walked in early on a rainy Saturday javing made reservations for noon. The staff informed us they opened at 11:45 but would we like to sit at the bar and wait there?
