Pre concert at Carnegie on a cold winter night is a perfect time for dining at Trattoria dell’arte. The hosts and manager sat us in the area I specifically requested and our server, Julie, was outstanding. Although terribly busy she was extremely sweet and friendly, while being equally professional and attentive . Really made the dining special. As for the menu, varied and something for everyone. Quality yummy. We had the sampler, the burrito salad and the non pasta pasta. All delicious and the desserts, have one of each!
This is a great restaurant I loved it so much we went back the next day ! Have the pizza and the veal chop it’s outstanding ! Loved the veal piccata as well ! Great wine great food , what more can I say!
Fantastic! I'd recommend the Caesar salad and share the Veal Chop Parmigiana, as advised by our waiter.
It was interesting. We were two women dining without men. It appeared that when two men came in, they were seated at tables for four, whereas we were seated at a tight table for two. While our waiter was pleasant, he definitely paid more attention to the two men sitting at the four top next to us and a couple nearby. Our food was okay- average- not great but not bad. Good food but extremely quick service, our cocktail arrive after appetizer and main course before we had finished appetizers !

Four of us were going to Downton Abbey Exhibit on 57th Street and we decided to eat at Trattoria Delle'Arte. Loved it! We were warmly greeted by host, and many of the wait staff. The entire staff, we felt, were extremely cordial. Food selection, service, and entire dining experience was exceptional. Would definitely return.
We had dinner with friends and were given a nice corner where we could talk and dine casually. Food was outstanding and our waiter was delightful.
