Waiter was very good . We just wanted a light, pre theatre snack and he was most helpful

We requested quiet seating and were accommodated upstairs.
Good authentic Italian food, nice old fashioned environment, busy and buzzing place. Lots of different seating areas, private dining room, parties, discreet booths. Nice lavatories. Reasonable range on the wine list. All good-would recommend for the food especially.
Everything about this restaurant is outstanding....the service from the moment you walk in- Louise, the hostess is amazing, professional, warm and friendly; the ambience is lively and the food and wine.....DELICIOUS! I make a plan to visit the restaurant whenever I come to New York. Definitely a favourite

We went to dinner the night before the NY marathon for early dinner and good pasta. The service was really, really slow. But very friendly. We’ve eaten here before the Marathon and wanted to go back. The lasagna was the best value and the truffle pasta was underwhelming. Stick to something simple. It’s still a great place to go near Columbus Circle.
The food was delicious, as always. In that it was the night before the NY Marathon, the restaurant was very crowded with very enthusiastic runners, and the wait staff handled everything very well. Ruthann Manas
