Overall.. my family enjoyed the experience. Hats off to the host!. The place , the company, the wait staff and the sumptuous food .. PERFECT! Our birthday celebrant had a great memorable time.. let's talk about desserts.. mouth watering and simply wonderful!! Honestly, we are planning to back again soon. We arrived early for our reservation. The place was quite full and very noisy. The tables were so close we chose to sit at the food bar. All of the appetizers were on display and we were able to select or meal from the almost 20 foods in front of us. Our server selected each one for us, in our chosen portion. One piece of cauliflower, one slice of squash, quinoa salad,... For a vegetarian, this method was perfect. The same method for me, plus the hot sausage and peppers. Delicious! Once again we had a wonderful meal at Trattoria Dell'Arte--it was a chilly, damp day and we were place at a cozy table near the window where people watching was great! As usual, we wanted to order everything on the menu! I only wish we lived closer and could get there more often!1
Fantastic staff along with delicious food made the whole experience great.
We went there for a pre-theater dinner since our son was performing at Carnegie Hall. It is directly across and we were seated within minutes of our arrival even when we were 15 minutes late. The staff was pleasant and welcoming as if we were family. The hosts were humorous, polite, and friendly. The service is top notch. The food was exquisite and truly authentic. Met my cousin here who is visiting from Brazil staying at Park Central hotel. We had such a great experience. We sat at exactly reservation time. Great menu! Had the bronzini which was the best I ever had. Came whole with head and tail but filet. Their cannoli were amazing! Even after paying bill they still kept refilling our water. We were not rushed. Loved loved the place!! Highly recommend!
Nice Italian restaurant that great service and really excellent food. Perfect location if you have a show at Carnegie Hall, which is just across the street.
