The evening was great. Table was ready when we arrived and the service was very good. The pizza is always amazing. Four of the six of us ordered the Veal Parm with only one person finishing!! I had the Osso Buco and it was only average. Should have ordered the Veal Parm. Other than the sponge cake which was just average, the other desserts were fabulous. I have been coming to this restaurant for 30 years and it always delivers.
Delicious food and always a staple when we visit NYC
The pizza was great and our waiter/bar tender was amazing. We hope to be back before we leave town.
Food was good. They were busy and drinks didn’t arrive until half way through dinner. Plus apps and entrees all delivered at once. Very loud.
We dined at Trattoria for a pre-theater meal (Carnegie Hall, across the street). We arrived prior to our 6pm reservation, which was made weeks in advance. Service was initially slow but appetizers eventually arrived. The major problem was that our main courses didn't appear until we had to leave for the theater. Food, service, Presentation and ambiance were excellent.
AJ was a great waiter, guided us to a great meal. The bolognese was super tasty.
