I have bought several houses and this is the first time the process was so stress-free! The communications were quick and with great explanations back. All of my questions were answered and I always felt he truly cared. Honesty and integrity can be hard to find but Travis is rated number 1 in my book! When I began my homebuying process I first got pre-approved by Veteran's United. Three days after we were supposed to close on my house they denied my loan for reasons I still cannot fathom. That is when I called Travis. I was needing to purchase a property in Washington State and the people at Waterstone made it very easy. I had used Waterstone in 2018 to make a North Texas Purchase and it was just as easy to purchase out of state. We where able to close in 30 days

I felt it was my obligation to write this review for Travis. About 6 months ago I pre-qualified for a home loan with Travis through Waterstone Mortgage. After viewing houses with a realtor he recommended. We decided we were going to go with new construction. The lender working with my builder was offering 8,000 dollars in incentives. Not only was Travis willing to take a look at what they were offering, he actually recommended that I go with them and take full advantage of the incentives. This is our second time using Travis Howard and he is great to work with. Travis and his team keep you completely informed and look out for your best interest. This is our fourth home purchase (plus 2 refinances) and he is by far the best lender to work with. He explains everything. I highly recommend him especially if you need someone to walk you through the process.
