Travis and his team hands down is the best out there. From day 1 until the end they made sure everything went smoothly and continued to keep me informed. A+++++ all around for him and his team. Since my first loan Travis did for me 9 years ago, I have never taken my business to anyone else. So many people focus on rate, rate, rate. I acknowledge that the loan rate is important (and the fee's associated with it), but to me more important than that is a lender who is available 7 days a week and a quick cell phone call away. Travis was great to work with. He made things simple and stress free. I had started the loan process with someone else who was awful. It felt like they weren't looking out for my best interest and there seemed to be road blocks everywhere. Travis was very knowledgeable and got me approved quickly! Travis and his team at Ameripro were incredible to work with in the securing of a loan for our new home. They kept us up to date with weekly updates, key milestone updates, were responsive to our enquiries, and closed on loan on time! Our loan was unique with me being self employed less than 2 years. The did not deter Travis and his team. They provided us with a loan product that worked for our situation at a great rate. I would highly recommend them and will use them for our next mortgage as well.
