Travis is super easy to work with. He’s really easy to talk to and communicates well. Super motivated. Only if more businesses and companies had employees like Travis, things would go a lot smoother. He always was prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. And made sure I was taken care of with warm hand offs to other staff that were involved in the process. A consummate professional.
Travis always had the answer to any questions I had throughout the entire process. He always got back to me in a timely fashion, and would even answer calls on the weekend. Another thing we liked was that he always kept us in the loop with where our loan process was at. We were never left to wonder about anything .

The team was pretty easy to work with, and when I had questions they were able to answer them. Interest rates were lower than I expected them to be. Most documents were to be signed online so it saved some time on closing day.

We found Travis after being drug through the process of refinancing with a larger bank that was unresponsive and difficult to work with. Travis communicated extremely well, was easy to work with, and came with a positive attitude and a ton of energy that made the process as easy as it should be. His team was also great to work with and all members were extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.
