I’ve used tree times for a couple of projects at my home. The first time was a tree removal in the front yard. It went pretty smoothly the second time on the other hand, not at all. We were supposed to be getting tree pruning, and then the growth inhibitor so that the holly trees in my backyard would not grow too fast the day of our service. Finally had a date set to get 2 trees taken down. Was told before noon, followed up at 11:50 to check on status and was told it was now the following week. Would have been good to know of this as soon as it happened so I didn't waste a half of the day waiting around. Poor communication.
