Finally had a date set to get 2 trees taken down. Was told before noon, followed up at 11:50 to check on status and was told it was now the following week. Would have been good to know of this as soon as it happened so I didn't waste a half of the day waiting around. Poor communication.
This is week five and the project is still not finished. The workers showed up after bumping us half a day and didn't know what to do because they were only "texted an address". We did expect our DirectTV dish to be damaged, but a part of the tree is impaled by it and they just left it. How are we supposed to get rid of that? It's too big for us to move and we can't just burn the DirectTV dish. But, maybe it will be handled if they EVER come out to finish the job.
