Unfortunately I am unable to comment on Tree Times services due to the fact they never showed for scheduled appoinmtments. Also, never called or made an attempt to contact us to explain why no one came. We had to reach out to attempt rescheduling only to be faced with same circumstances the second time around. I would have loved to see what they were capable of unfortunately will not get the chance due to the fact we had fire them.
I would not recommend Tree Times after my mother had work done for a small Bradford pear tree that landed on her house. She was charged $1200 for a flat bed tractor trailer that wasn't used. No stars

I’ve used tree times for a couple of projects at my home. The first time was a tree removal in the front yard. It went pretty smoothly the second time on the other hand, not at all. We were supposed to be getting tree pruning, and then the growth inhibitor so that the holly trees in my backyard would not grow too fast the day of our service. Finally had a date set to get 2 trees taken down. Was told before noon, followed up at 11:50 to check on status and was told it was now the following week. Would have been good to know of this as soon as it happened so I didn't waste a half of the day waiting around. Poor communication.
This is week five and the project is still not finished. The workers showed up after bumping us half a day and didn't know what to do because they were only "texted an address". We did expect our DirectTV dish to be damaged, but a part of the tree is impaled by it and they just left it. How are we supposed to get rid of that? It's too big for us to move and we can't just burn the DirectTV dish. But, maybe it will be handled if they EVER come out to finish the job.
