Trent answered all of my questions... he was prompt in answering his emails. I felt like he was very knowledgeable. the e signing was a great efficient way to do things. It seems their process was very organized and efficient. It's odd doing business when you never meet that person face to face, but in this case it worked. For busy working professionals like my husband and myself, we enjoyed the quick correspondence and e-signing capabilities. Thank you for a painless loan process.
