My family just moved to central Illinois from california 4 months ago with the main purpose of buying a home. As first time home buyers in a new state, we were really unsure and nervous of which people would really work for us. Working with Trent felt like working with a long time family friend. We really felt that Trent had our best interest in mind every step of the way. When going through such a confusing and hectic process of buying a house, there is NO ONE I would trust more than Trent.

As new home owners we were pretty ignorant to the process and there were a lot of things that went over our head. Trent helped explain what he could but I feel there could be a little less jargon and the process could be simplified.

I actually had Casey Constant so I would like to apply this survey to the services I had with him. He was excellent and answered any questions I had, even on weekends. I would recommend him to anyone in the Springfield area. He is incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful.
